Dear Mr & Mrs Sterling,
You are confused and need a better dictionary.  Draconian is an adjective meaning great severity, that derives from Draco, an Athenian law scribe under whom small offences had heavy punishments (Draconian laws).  A prejudice attitude is draconian not the punishment of loosing your meal ticket. The malignant raciest got caught and you both deserve nothing.
