As a Liberty Mutual customer I requested their services with the positive impression from their commercials. I was happy with my rate on a vehicle that has under 100K miles and is less than 10 years old, I have no accidents ever. I moved within the first 60 days of my policy and changed jobs with a significantly shorter commute. I called Liberty Mutual to update my information and was informed that the change in mile driven will not be considered however the change in address immediately TRIPLED my rate to almost $400/month.
I spent the first few months attempting to understand what happened and how it could be fixed since it was one month into the six month policy. However Liberty Mutual declined to make any changes lowering my rate until we began to negotiate my renewal after five months of payments over $300/mnth even though I had agreed to a rate under $120/mnth.
The next two months I sent letters outlining my confusion and concern requesting a explanation however none ever came. Since being ignored after having my rate tripled is not satisfactory service in my opinion I found another policy that was less than $300/mnth and sent yet another letter with my last payment provided proper notice to end the policy.
The state was notified of the new policy even though Liberty Mutual reported me as uninsured when payment did not arrive. Having followed all state laws and policies plus providing proper notice with payment to Liberty Mutual no further action should have been taken.
Unfortunately Liberty Mutual like so many corporations use the words customer service and ethics as marketing slogans not business practices. Instead Liberty Mutual whom has already received monies in access of the original agreement continues to demand further payments.
It's disgusting that we can only learn of these corporate transgressions as the victim.

Animation Express
Over a decade ago I was a 3D animator whom like many technology professional sign up for relevant updates from industry websites. During my studies this behavior was encouraged because technology changes quickly and a key to success is understanding and following these changes. This is a great habit I am very thankful for learning and believe all students should be encouraged in this way.
Animation Express was one of these websites and unfortunately is not as advertised, therefore I have since requested to unsubscribe multiple times. Over the last decade I have done this atleast once a year however Animation Express refuses to stop emailing me. I have reported this many times however since this website is not run in the US nothing can be done. Instead of I must endure ridiculous spam and check my email just to delete all their garbage.

How Sallie Mae really "works"
With over $60K in student loans many years out of college, I am used to regular behavior of making monthly payments. I am no where near perfect but I have supported myself for the last twenty years without a dime from family. After sending money orders for the last 18 months to Sallie Mae they continue to refuse to apply the payments to my accounts. Instead the money orders are cashed and now cannot be found so Sallie Mae has sent my loans to default. This is after I have already sued and beaten Sallie Mae for harassment and records issues.
Our federal government created a group within the Department of Education, an Ombudsman whom I have contact and even sent copies of these money orders. Instead of providing any assistance to me they repeated Sallie Mae's claim that I do not pay my bills.
In addition to the loan account issue this clusterf*^% is preventing me from completing my taxes because all the forms and tax credits for the monies I have paid are incorrect because most of the money I sent never got applied to any of my accounts.
It is absolutely amazing that this is condoned and funded by the government that gets a third of my paycheck before I do.
Updating to include proof of payments with personal information blocked.
