Verizon FiOS

I live in an apartment complex and only want the internet, FiOS charges be $73 for 15M.  Paid the bill on Sunday after being behind and today got a demand letter for the amount I paid three days ago online plus next months bill.

On Sunday 4/28 at 10PM I got this email:

I wonder how Roger Gurnani, Bob Mudge, and Lowell C. McAdam can justify that a company which supplies the internet takes over 72 hours to process and apply a payment via credit card which was ofcourse debited immediately.  Why do we continue to ignore that our government is bought and paid for by these crooks whom clearly spend their days applying their MBA knowledge to collect money rather than actually provide basic customer service such a bill payment.

Maybe the FCC isn't busy and can get out there and protect us the Americans, not those employed and living here stealing from the American middle class.
