Amica; not so much with listening or facts

As previously explained, both verbally and in writing, no phone calls are taken from Amica as the representatives continue to lie to me and keep inaccurate records in addition to being rude. I have requested my policy to be canceled in October 2009 when I became a resident of another state. This agreement was already confirmed that my policy was cancelled as of 10/2009 and not before, Amica has agreed to this arrangement and failed to properly issue the refund for the money Amica was prohibited from taking from my bank account.
If Amica continues to refuse to refund the money taken from my account without authorization in October 2009 then I will need to explore other options of settling this matter.
The retaliation Amica is taking by creating information in order to cancel my policy as of August 2009 is truly disgusting. I am aware that since I reported your representatives lying about the law to the State Department of Insurance, Amica is upset however this is not a avenue towards proper resolution it is retaliation.
